The parties referenced in this agreement are defined as follows:

ForestNetwork is the owner and service provider of the Forest-Network.com website (hereinafter referred to as "ForestNetwork" or "the Site"). In this agreement, the websites or services mentioned below, including various data transmission services, hosting, or website hosting services, are collectively referred to as the "Website" or "Services". When first-person pronouns (ForestNetwork, we, our, etc.) are used in this agreement, they refer to the ForestNetwork business entity. When the terms "Website" or "this website" are used, they refer to any website provided by ForestNetwork, unless a specific website is expressly excluded by this policy.

You, the ForestNetwork customer — as our customer or user of the website services, this agreement may use the second person to refer to you.

Please read the following hosting service terms and conditions. By successfully subscribing to ForestNetwork services, you agree to and comply with all terms and conditions of this agreement. If you agree to these terms and conditions, clicking "I accept" (or similar) or checking the corresponding box indicates your intent to accept these terms. You should print or otherwise save a copy for future reference. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, please do not purchase ForestNetwork products or services, and click the browser "Back" button or close this website. ForestNetwork will provide services only after you agree to these terms. This agreement is made in accordance with applicable commercial laws worldwide. Any use of ForestNetwork services indicates that you have read and agreed to the terms below.

1.1 Before purchasing ForestNetwork services, you may view a list of available services. You may choose the plan you need from the listed services. All services you select are subject to these terms.

After you place an order, we consider that you accept these terms of use. ForestNetwork will send an order confirmation email. ForestNetwork reserves the right to refuse to provide any service for any reason. ForestNetwork also has the right to interrupt access for scheduled maintenance in emergency situations. You may order additional services at any time. All additional services are referred to as "Services" below. All provided services are subject to availability and governed by these terms and conditions.

This agreement includes the complete terms and conditions applicable to the ForestNetwork services you purchase. ForestNetwork may modify the terms of this agreement at any time, including fees (defined below). ForestNetwork will notify users of updates, including but not limited to email, website, and social media notices.

2.1 We may modify this agreement at any time. You agree that we reserve the right to do so and may do so unilaterally. The updated version will take effect immediately upon publication and replace any prior version, unless the revised version is identical to the previous version. Any third-party modifications to this agreement are invalid.

2.2 We agree that if this agreement changes, we will update the "Last Modified" date at the top of this page. You agree to review this page periodically and to note the last revision date. If the "Last Modified" date remains unchanged since your last visit, you may assume no changes have been made. If it has changed, you should assume the terms have been updated.

2.3 If you need to terminate services due to any modifications, you must submit a written request to cancel within thirty (30) days of the "Last Modified" date. Continued use of the services after the effective date of any such notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.

2.4 Waiver — If you do not regularly review this agreement, you assume responsibility for missing changes. You always have the right to review the latest version. ForestNetwork is not responsible for any issues resulting from your failure to review updates.

3.1 The initial term of service begins when we send your order confirmation email or when we start providing the service, and upon receipt of valid payment. The term length is chosen by you and specified when you purchase services. During the initial term (and any renewal term), you may not terminate this agreement unless ForestNetwork is in breach. After the initial term, this agreement automatically renews for the same term unless either party terminates or cancels as provided herein.

3.2 ForestNetwork may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason or no reason ("termination without cause"). In such case, ForestNetwork will provide written notice.

3.3 If ForestNetwork cancels this agreement under any provision herein (except termination without cause under 3.2), ForestNetwork will not refund any fees paid or prepaid prior to cancellation. You are obligated to pay all fees and charges prior to the effective cancellation date. If ForestNetwork terminates the agreement, all prepaid fees are non-refundable. Termination does not relieve you of any accrued or payable fees owed to ForestNetwork, Inc. prior to the effective termination date.

3.4 In addition, ForestNetwork reserves the right to terminate any part of this agreement. ForestNetwork may terminate your services if: (a) you violate the Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"); (b) you infringe or violate any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or copyright; (c) you fail to comply with any applicable laws, regulations, or ordinances; or (d) you upload, publish, or transmit any images, text, graphics, code, or videos deemed illegal or high-risk by ForestNetwork. ForestNetwork has sole discretion and no obligation to monitor or review your content at any time. You remain responsible for your content and any resulting liability.

4.1 When registering, you will be required to provide a login account (email) and password. You may only use the service or modify your data and content through such credentials. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and all activities using them. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or other security breach.

4.2 You must provide a primary email address and keep it valid. All notifications and communications will be sent to that address. You must keep it active and notify us of any changes. If your contact and/or billing information changes, you should notify us so we can update your account. Please ensure our domain ForestNetwork.com and any notified sender addresses are not blocked by your or your email provider's spam filters.

4.3 Providing any incorrect or inaccurate contact information may prevent ForestNetwork from delivering the services properly, and such service interruptions are not covered by SLA. Providing false or fraudulent information may result in account termination under Section 3.

4.4 ForestNetwork reserves the right to refuse service and immediately terminate your access if: (a) you do not meet service eligibility requirements; (b) you have failed to fulfill contracts with ForestNetwork or its partners; (c) you have violated relevant terms and conditions with ForestNetwork or its partners; or (d) we believe, based on available information, that you may refuse to perform or violate our terms.

4.5 You are responsible for all activities and changes in your account. We strongly recommend safeguarding files, directories, and script permissions with strict confidentiality measures. We assume you have the technical ability to manage your services. You are responsible for any issues resulting from account changes, including damage to your website, ForestNetwork websites and/or equipment, and any other websites.

4.6 Each natural person may maintain only one valid ForestNetwork account unless a previous account is no longer valid and not limited due to terms violations. You agree that ForestNetwork may use technologies such as browser fingerprinting to prevent account abuse. ForestNetwork agrees that such technologies will comply with our privacy policy. This restriction does not apply to legal entities.

5.1 All services provided by ForestNetwork may be used only for lawful purposes.

5.2 Between you and ForestNetwork, ForestNetwork does not claim ownership of your content provided and used in your services, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, audiovisual works, films, images, animations, videos, and graphics ("Your Content").

5.3 ForestNetwork may (but is not required to) provide materials including but not limited to software (object or source code), data files or information, domains, email addresses, other network addresses allocated to you, and other proprietary technologies, methods, equipment, and processes used to provide services ("Primary Materials").

6.1 You agree to comply with ForestNetwork's Acceptable Use Policy. Portions are incorporated herein by reference and are an integral part of this agreement.

6.2 ForestNetwork does not proactively monitor content used by end users on ForestNetwork services. ForestNetwork will investigate complaints of third-party rights infringement or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy.

6.3 You agree that ForestNetwork will not be liable for any violations by you or your end users of the Acceptable Use Policy or of laws, regulations, and policies in the regions where servers are located.
